Racking Systems
We supply and install a range of both new and used racking systems. As well as facilitating a range of environments such as, warehouses, factories and retail. Our aims are to design for you a cost-effective system that maximises the space you have available.
A free site survey will help you to identify your storage requirements and needs. Likewise, it can also allow us to provide suggestions for future growth of your system. To fulfil your requirements, we will design a system that works specifically for your business. Our robust and adaptable systems can be manufactured to your specification therefore you receive exactly what you want.
The ideal racking system will be based on:
- the materials you are looking to store
- size and weights of materials
- floor space and height of location
- any requirements you might have to rotate or manage date sensitive stock
- the plant / equipment that will be used to access the stock
If you already have an idea of what you want, please complete our online enquiry form. As well as using the form, a free site survey can also be carried out if required.
On the other hand, if you are not sure of what is possible, contact us for unbiased advice.

Wide Aisle Pallet Racking
Standard pallet racking or adjustable pallet racking (APR), is durable, adaptable, as well as space and cost effective. Wide aisle pallet racking allows direct access to every pallet without the need for specialist handling equipment. It is quick and easy to install and is easily adjustable to cater for changes in the size and shape of goods stored.
Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
Also known as very narrow aisle racking (VNA), it can reduce the width of aisles between lanes by half. As well as representing a practical and popular option to further increase the capacity of your racking.
Narrow aisle racking makes excellent use of the storage space available by maximising the height at which goods can be stacked, and uses specialist ‘man-up’ or ‘man-down’ trucks designed to work efficiently in narrow aisles to access pallet positions.
In addition, rails or wires at floor level, guide trucks precisely into position, maximising the efficiency with which stock can be accessed whilst reducing the risk of accidental damage.
Drive In Pallet Racking
By making the most of the height of the available storage area (up to 11 metres), loading many pallets in close proximity and reducing aisle and lane space, drive in pallet racking represents an extremely high density storage option.
Drive in racking achieves this by placing the pallets on runners in the depth of the racking and having trucks physically enter the racking to deposit or retrieve loads.
With the first pallet into a lane being the last out, drive in racking means stock selectivity is restricted, but for environments where loads are delivered and dispatched in bulk and products are non-date sensitive, it’s ideal, offering huge increases in overall warehouse storage capacity.
Pallet Racking Inspections
We also carry out pallet racking inspections where we will identify any damages to your equipment and generate a detailed report using a traffic light system which will help you to prioritise the repairs of the damaged components.
